How will I know what modifications are needed?

The first step in the LifeWISE Process is a Walk-Through+ Assessment of your home.  During this visit, we analyze and recommend possible modifications that will complement your lifestyle.  You have the option of including a health care professional during the assessment.  This ensures recommendations specific to your physical and psychosocial needs.  Learn more about the LifeWISE Process and Walk-Through+ Assessment.
